Adult Fitness Training

 

CURRENT TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Mon - Friday: 6:00AM, 7:00AM and 12:00PM

 

Adult Fitness Training is similar to our Sports Performance Training but is geared towards adults.  Modifications are always given to progress or regress the prescribed exercises based on your personalized needs!  Workouts focus on strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility. We understand life can be hectic sometimes so we offer multiple times for training. Enjoy the convenience of coming at 6:00 am, 7:00 am or 12:00 pm Monday through Friday! WEEKEND workouts coming SOON!
