Check out YOGA SCULPT currently offered every Saturday at 9 AM. See schedule below to book your spot. As a bonus to our monthly unlimited members, our weekly yoga session is included! Don’t know if you’ll like it or not? Try your first yoga sculpt class on us and see if you like it. First sessions is FREE!

HOW TO SIGN UP

  • See the schedule to pick the day you’d like to start your training and click on that date.

  • Click “book” for the “Yoga Sculpt” session.

  • You will be directed to our schedule and payment processing system MindBody where you will create a profile then you can pick the package you’d like to purchase.

  • Once you have done this you may show up on the day you chose to start training and let the front desk know it is your first day. We’ll take it from there!

 YOGA SCULPT

Work your body through dynamic strength building postures that will have you moving, sweating and using your breath. This class will focus on engaging and strengthening your core while working your entire body. Each class will end with a restorative yoga cool-down and relaxation pose. Yoga Sculpt will strengthen, balance and restore the mind and body.

TEAM YOGA

PTA Performance also offers team yoga for the dedicated team of athletes looking to improve their performance together with proper recovery and stretching periods. Learn from the best and see how our Yoga and Recovery Specialist Michelle Scellick-Burns will transform the way your body moves and feels.
