ROLL AND RECOVERY
Roll and Recover is specifically designed with the athlete in mind. It will help you recover better from your workouts, improve your mobility and move better in your sport! In this class we will work through mobility drills for the most commonly tight areas for athletes while we focus on our breath. Then we’ll roll into some self myofascial release using small therapy balls to release the tightest areas in the body. Each class will end with relaxation pose.
PTA Performance also offers team yoga for the dedicated team of athletes looking to improve their performance together with proper recovery and stretching periods. HOW TO SIGN UP
See the schedule to pick the day you’d like to start your training and click on that date.
Click “book” for the “Yoga Sculpt” session.
You will be directed to our schedule and payment processing system MindBody where you will create a profile then you can pick the package you’d like to purchase.
Once you have done this you may show up on the day you chose to start training and let the front desk know it is your first day. We’ll take it from there!
