8:00 am, 1:00 pm & 5:45 PM

 
 

Wellness Program members will enjoy a slower, judgement-free, and controlled environment that caters to each individual. Our Wellness Program fitness classes are in a small group (3-6 people) setting designed for adults with a complex medical background who may need a change from traditional workout plans. 

Before a Wellness Program member begins their fitness journey, they will be evaluated by a licensed physical therapist to assess the appropriate type of exercise for each member.  For those who may not tolerate traditional, land-based exercise, we offer access to our exercise pool (complete with underwater treadmills) at the Physical Therapy Associates facility on the South Hill (click here to learn more).  A nutrition consultation is also included to ensure a comprehensive approach to wellness. Enjoy the flexibility of our Wellness Program fitness schedule, with classes open to wellness clients at 8am, 1pm, and 5:45pm.
