Victor Avalos

Youth Strength and Conditioning Coach

Victor (AKA Vic) graduated High School from the small community of Quincy, Washington. During his time at Quincy High School (QHC) Vic participated in basketball for four years as well as golf for two years. As part of the athletic program at QHS, Vic was given the opportunity to coach both basketball and golf by running multiple youth camps in the summer for elementary students within his community. During this time Vic realized that coaching was something that he wanted to pursue as a career. Vic decided to continue his education post-high school and become the first in his family to graduate and attend college (being the middle child of five).

Vic attended Eastern Washington University (EWU) where he achieved a Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching. While at EWU, I participated in intramural sports playing a variety of sports. Vic’s goal is to help athletes achieve their personal athletic goals and become a mentor to the youth within the Spokane community.

In his free time Vic enjoys staying active by playing basketball and spending time with his dogs.
