ADULT FITNESS SCHEDULE

Our summer schedule allows all adults to come in conveniently throughout the day Monday - Friday at 6 AM, 7 AM, or 12 PM. On your first visit you will be introduced to our front office staff and explained how to check in when you arrive, then introduced to our strength and conditioning specialists who will direct you through your dynamic warm up and workout regimen. The schedule can be found below along with a button link to view and sign up for pricing options related to Adult Performance training.

HOW TO SIGN UP

  • See the schedule to pick the day you’d like to start your training and click on that date.

  • Click “book” for the “Adult Fitness” session.

  • You will be directed to our schedule and payment processing system MindBody where you will create a profile then you can pick the package you’d like to purchase. Note: All monthly unlimited packages are on an autopay schedule with the freedom to cancel whenever you’d like (excludes the 1 year commitment option).

  • Once you have done this you may show up on the day you chose to start training and let the front desk know it is your first day. We’ll take it from there!

Reach your maximum potential and feel your abousolute best . Modifications are always given to progress or regress the prescribed exercises based on your personal needs! Workouts focus on strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility. We understand life can be hectic, so we offer multiple times for training throughout the day.
